Gallery talks

Experience art in a small-group setting at museums, galleries, and art spaces throughout Dallas–Fort Worth. Our gallery talks explore the history and ideas behind works of art, leaving room for conversation and discovery.

Led by an art historian with a background in museum education, this focused experience is designed to give you the most from your time with art.

Pricing

Starting rate — $350
Up to 4 participants

Additional participants — $50 each
Maximum 10 participants total

Museum admission, when required, is purchased separately by participants.

Presentations

Enjoy a 60-minute presentation on the fascinating world of art. Our easy, conversational approach makes the people, places, and stories of art vibrant and accessible. Focused on a specific art movement, period, or artist, each presentation is designed for group conversation and learning. Presentations can be in-person or remote.

Who we are

Speaking of Art is an art education company based in Fort Worth, TX. We teach people how to get the most from their time with art.

Our experiences are led by an art historian with over 20 years teaching others about art in museums and university classrooms.

Our approach

We want to help you explore the world of art with a sense of adventure and ease. Our "less is more” philosophy focuses your time with art so you can get more from each piece.

Each gallery talk and art presentation gives you tools to understand works of art. We also share clear strategies to get the most out of your time in museums and galleries.

Your insights and questions are always welcome — we think everyone has something to add to the art conversation.
